Refund policy

1. Exchange:

a. If, despite providing accurate measurements, there is a size mismatch with your dress, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item.

b. Customer need to self-ship the product to us after the product delivery and bear the charges of courier.

c. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the dress for replacement. Please note that the replacement dress will be made according to the correct measurements provided by you.

d. 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

e. We do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

2. Returns and Refunds:

a. In the event that your order has not been delivered within 15 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for the undelivered item.

b. To qualify for a refund due to non-delivery, please contact our customer support team. We will initiate an investigation into the status of your order and process the refund accordingly if the non-delivery is confirmed.

c. All shipping costs of returning the defective products to be paid by customers. We will refund the paid amount only if the order at delivery is damaged, faulty or if the order is wrong.

d. Refunds for non-delivery will be issued according to our Refund Policy and may take a specific period to reflect in your account, subject to banking procedures and policies.

3. Defective Material:

a. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive a dress with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, we will gladly replace it.

b. To request a replacement for a defective product, you must notify us within 2 days from the delivery date.

c. We may require photographic evidence or additional information to assess the defect or damage.

d. The dress must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached

4. Condition for Replacement:

a. Replacements will only be granted for size mismatches issue as described above. We do not accept returns or replacements for reasons other than size.

b. The dress must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse replacements if these conditions are not met.

c. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returning the dress. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.

5. Processing Time:

a. Once we receive the returned dress, our team will verify the size mismatch or quality issue.

b. The processing time for replacements and refunds is around 5-7 working days. 

6. Refunds:

a. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a dress for a different style or design, you will need to initiate a return for the original dress and place a new order.

b. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases where a replacement is not feasible due to stock availability or other reasons. Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

c. Once the refund has been confirmed by our team the amount will be credited in the customer's account within 5-7 working days.

7. Additional Information:

a. The final decision regarding returns and replacements rests with our company, TailorMade Clothing. We will assess each case individually and make a determination based on our policies and the specific circumstances.

b. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work closely with you to find a suitable resolution for any size mismatches or defective products.
